a HR Event Agenda creator

Welcome to HR Fest, Hungary’s largest HR festival. We are a passionate team of HR professionals that are looking for an innovative and creative Agenda Creator to join our team. We are driven by the mission of providing a platform for all parties involved in HR management to discuss the current and future challenges and opportunities in the field.

As our Agenda Creator, you will have the opportunity to develop our festival agenda, contribute to lasting change in the HR industry, and interact with world-renowned professionals. Your creativity and knowledge of the HR industry will be essential as you develop meaningful topics and choose expert speakers to join us at the conference.

Here are five unique responsibilities that you will have if you join our team:

1. Brainstorm and curate content for the event agenda
2. Source and select speakers for the conference
3. Manage event operations and coordinate with vendors
4. Monitor event feedback and make necessary modifications
5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase event attendance
